U.S. Alliance for Election Excellence
The U.S. Alliance for Election Excellence, a nonpartisan collaborative that brings together bipartisan election officials to rally around a set of common values and standards, support each other, and keep their skills fresh, released values that will guide our work as we help create voluntary, nonpartisan programs and resources for local election departments to improve operations.

The standards cover common responsibilities managed by local election departments across the country, such as how to recruit and manage poll workers and ensure safe and secure elections.
